Sri Lanka has achieved a unique feat in Test cricket

Sri Lanka has achieved a unique feat in Test cricket. The Sri Lankan cricket team, which is on a tour of Bangladesh these days, made the biggest score in Test cricket by scoring a century without a batter in the second Test being played in Chittagong against the host team.

In the second Test against Bangladesh, Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat and the entire team was bowled out for 531 runs in the first innings.

The highlight of this inning was that none of the batsmen scored a century in such a big score. 6 Sri Lankan batsmen scored half-centuries.

The runs are the highest aggregate score by a team without a batsman scoring a century in Test cricket.

The previous highest score by a team without an individual century in a Test match was 524 by India against New Zealand in 1976.
