Pakistan sent the Champions Trophy schedule to ICC. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has sent the schedule of the ICC Champions Trophy to be held in Pakistan next year to the ICC for final approval.

According to the schedule sent to the ICC, the ICC Champions Trophy will be held from February 19 to March 9 in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. will

PCB has informed ICC that the National Stadium in Karachi will host the opening match and one semi-final, Karachi will have a total of 3 matches, and Rawalpindi will host 5 matches including one semi-final. There will be a total of 15 matches in the tournament.

According to sources, modern corporate boxes will be constructed in place of PCB headquarters in Gaddafi Stadium, the entire building will not be demolished as the dressing rooms have been built recently so they will remain in place, Fazal Mehmood and Imran Khan enclosure. The spectator capacity will be increased and the enclosure will be raised behind the existing enclosure.

Sources further said that new digital screens will be installed in Lahore, Karachi, and Pindi stadiums, the building condition of Karachi’s National Stadium will be improved and a new media center will be constructed at University End with a scoreboard.
