PCB Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf has resigned from the post. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee Chairman Zaka Ashraf has resigned from the post.

Zaka Ashraf resigned as Chairman Management Committee and Member Board of Governors. He said that I was working for the betterment of cricket, we can’t work like this.

He said that I am resigning from my post, now it depends on the Prime Minister who he nominates. It should be noted that the notification for the appointment of the Chairman Management Committee was issued on July 5 last year for 4 months.

Later, in November last year, it was decided by the caretaker prime minister to extend the tenure of Chairman Management Committee Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Zaka Ashraf till the World Cup.

Chairman Management Committee Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Zaka Ashraf is likely to be extended till the World Cup by the Caretaker Prime Minister.

On Friday, caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar received a summary from the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination regarding the future of the Chairman PCB Management Committee.

In the summary, it was said that the term of the current Chairman of the Management Committee, Zaka Ashraf, is coming to an end tomorrow and the Prime Minister should inform his opinion about his future.

Sources say that Zaka Ashraf is likely to be extended until the World Cup. According to the sources, the final extension or change will be decided after the Cricket World Cup.

It should be noted that the 4-month period of Zakah Ashraf will end tomorrow. According to the sources, the caretaker prime minister can decide on the summary of the extension of inter-provincial communication at any time.
