USA has announced the T20 World Cup squad

USA has announced the T20 World Cup squad. USA has announced its squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. Interestingly, former New Zealand all-rounder Corey Anderson is also a part of the squad.

31-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman Monanik Patel will lead the team, the USA squad includes some notable players who performed well in the recent T20 series against Canada.

It should be remembered that in the recent T20 series, the USA swept Canada 0-4.

Former New Zealand player and 2015 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup finalist Corey Anderson has also been included in the USA squad for the T20 World Cup.

Also back is fast bowler Ali Khan, who has recovered from a hamstring injury.

Ali Khan was also seen in the music video for the official anthem of the T20 World Cup.

Experienced players like Saurabh Netrawalkar who has played the most matches for the team and Steven Taylor who has scored the most runs in T20 matches for the USA are also part of the squad.

Off-spinner Milind Kumar is also part of the squad, he made a strong debut in the series against Canada which earned him a place in the World Cup squad.

While three players have been placed in the reserve category.
