British coach Trishan Patel has joined the Pakistan football team

British football coach Trishan Patel has joined the Pakistan football team in Islamabad. British Indian coach Trishan Patel has officially joined the Pakistan football squad, he has played his role remotely with the team in the past but will now work with coach Stephen Constantine on the field, according to the Pakistan Football Federation spokesperson.

He has been appointed as Assistant Coach and Performance Analyst with the team. He will be with the Pakistan team for the match against Saudi Arabia and Tajikistan.

Trishan Patel, who has been involved in coaching since 2006, has coached in various clubs and football association programs in England. He was the international academy coach at Liverpool while he was the community coach with Luton Town. Most recently he worked with British club Berkhamsted.

Pakistan football team will play their next FIFA World Cup Qualifier match against Saudi Arabia on June 6 in Islamabad, while on June 11 they will play their last qualifier match against Tajikistan at away ground.
