UAE qualified for the final after defeating Pakistan

UAE qualified for the final after defeating Pakistan. United Arab Emirates (UAE) qualified for the final by defeating Pakistan and Bangladesh in the semi-finals of the U-19 Asia Cup.

In the first semi-final of the ongoing U-19 Asia Cup in Dubai, UAE played a brilliant game and reached the final after defeating Pakistan by 11 runs.

In the semi-final of the U-19 Asia Cup, Pakistan won the toss and invited UAE to bat first. Batting first against Pakistan, the entire UAE team was bowled out for 193 runs in 47.5 overs.

Ayan Afzal scored 55 runs and Aryanish Sharma scored 46 runs for UAE. Obaid Shah of Green Shirts bowled brilliantly and dismissed 4 players while Ali Asfand and Arafat Minhas took 2 and 2 wickets respectively.

Chasing the target of 194 runs, the Pakistan U-19 team did not play well and the batters played a long innings and failed to give their team a win.


Chasing the target, the entire Pakistan team against UAE was bowled out for 182 runs in the last over.

Thus, Crewe won the match by 11 runs and reached the final of the AE U-19 Asia Cup.

Apart from this, in the second semi-final of the Under-19 Asia Cup, Bangladesh outclassed India and qualified for the final.

In the semi-final, Bangladesh defeated India by 4 wickets. India’s target of 189 runs was achieved by the Bangladesh U-19 team in 42.5 overs.

The final of the U-19 Asia Cup will be played between Bangladesh and UAE on Sunday.
