Freedom is the right of all and all lives are equal Usman Khawaja

Freedom is the right of all and all lives are equal Usman Khawaja. Australian batsman Usman Khawaja has decided to adopt a unique approach to show solidarity with the Palestinians in the first Test match against Pakistan.

The three-match Test series between Australia and Pakistan will begin on December 14. The first match of the series will be played in Perth on Thursday.

While both teams are busy preparing for the Test series, Australian batsman Usman Khawaja has decided to express solidarity with the Palestinian people uniquely in the first Test match against Pakistan.

According to the report, Usman Khawaja has been vocal in support of the Palestinians and recently posted a video condemning the Israeli war.

According to Australian media, before the first test against Pakistan, Usman Khawaja trained with the team wearing shoes with the slogans of solidarity with the Palestinian people, “Freedom is everyone’s right” and “All lives are equal”.

Australian media say that Usman Khawaja will wear the same shoes on the first day of the Test match against Pakistan.

Keeping in view the ICC rules and regulations, it is too early to say whether Usman Khawaja will be able to wear the shoes with the alleged political message or not.

It should be noted that according to the ICC Code of Conduct, players and team officials are not allowed to wear armbands, or clothing or display anything on any equipment that carries a political, religious, or ethnic message.

In 2014, England all-rounder Moeen Ali was asked to remove a wristband with the words ‘Save Gaza’ and ‘Free Palestine’ during a Test match against India.
